There is literally no such thing as Presidential Immunity. There is a policy that DOJ won't criminally prosecute a sitting President. The Supreme Court is utterly disgusting. They know they are just delaying. We all knew the Supreme Court decision before they made it. Their sole responsibility was to rule on this one case and these charges. They are not responsible for future hypothetical cases.

The SCOTUS is being very off putting about this presidential immunity crap. How that was even allowed in front of justices is baffling. The reason I bring it up is i just realized that if they agree with Trump then non of this matters anymore. Justice will cease to exist.
