Oatmeal mmmm! It is a taste that makes life better and fills the body with energy, health and love. The mixture of cereals "Dobrodiya" in combination with spices, nuts, honey and a mixture of oils will form an incredibly tasty energy bar. It is convenient to take with you to work, to give to children to school. This is a healthy and cool snack that you will want to cook regularly.
Oatmeal bar
Portions: 6-8
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Cooling time: 1 hour 20 minutes
How to make a bar
100 g "7 cereals" Dobrodiya "
2 st. l. wholemeal flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
50 g of butter / coconut oil
50 ml of sunflower oil
80 g of honey
1 st. l. sugar
150 g of raisins
100 g almonds / walnuts
1 pinch of salt
Step by step recipe for oatmeal bar
In a bowl, combine all these ingredients: 100 g of a mixture of cereals "7 Cereals", 2 tbsp. l. wholemeal flour, 50 g of coconut oil or soft butter, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 50 ml of oil, 80 g of honey, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 150 g of raisins and 100 g of almonds, pre-grinding it in any convenient way.
Mix everything thoroughly so that the ingredients are evenly distributed in the total mass.
Line a baking dish with parchment and transfer the resulting mass. Compact very tightly with a spoon or glass bottom.
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Allow the mass to cool completely in the mold and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight, to stabilize the contents.
Cut the cooled layer into convenient pieces - in the form of a bar or squares. Energy bar of oatmeal is ready!
