The Odin is good mate. However, if you intend doing a lot of long range shooting then the Javelot would be better but the torch is way bigger

I did have the Javalot Pro but as you said, it was a heavy thing for a rifle mount, so Ive moved that on to fund either a Warrior X Turbo or an Odin Turbo

A lot of ppl in the states like the x300, im 100% on board w olight tho. Ive got 2 plminis, a plpro valkyrie, and just got an odin turbo lol. My gf says why don't I just move one light around.... what a hater.

Hi mate, when the pig is close and decides to charge it is almost impossible to see him through a scope even if it is 2 or 3 power. Most people are pretty good at looking at angles of error. What I mean by that is like a traditional bow hunter who uses the shaft of the arrow to align to a target the same principal to use the barrel to align to an oncoming and close in target. Looking through a scope gives the shooter tunnel vision whereas close in shots can be way easier and more accurate by seeing what is going on like a literal heads up display. Ya just gotta then pull the trigger as normal and it should all unfold as expected.

@@HuntingwithStu thats great way to explain it. Im going to practice a few shots with the rifle turned over anoit 75 degrees. This may help line barrel with target at close ranges as it gets the scope out if the sight pocture. Thanks. Your a master it seems.

Hi mate, we try and get out 2 or 3 times a year. Yes I was a gunslinger in the army for bout 6 x years then continued on as a PTI (Physical Training Instructor) to complete 35 years service in the Australian Regular Army.
