If you watch games he's always on the sidelines when somebody goes out of bounds for the team helping them up and getting them all pumped up... My friends and I didn't know his name so we refer to him as a there's that guy again..lol he's awesome

Jeff Rath is always caught on the camera during Eagles games when somebody goes out of bounds... My Eagles friends and I always referred to him as "hey there's that guy again"!! Lol.. we're like "that guy is awesome"!! Next time you watch a game watch for him on the sidelines.. I'm telling you!! Seems like an awesome dude
