it's pretty crazy. i remember watching those champions league matches from early to mid 2000s. I would get up early ass in the morning (4.30-5.30am - I'm Australian born Somali) watching the matches before school and I was a 13/14 year old kid back then. Watching the likes of seedorf, maldini, gattuso, pirlo, dida, cafu, filipo, schev etc. This song/chant has been stucked in my head ever since. Sometimes i would randomly just start saying out loud Miiiiiiillan Miiilaaaaan and I can't finish the rest cause i dont speak Italian hahah so I just mumble the rest. The only reason i'm here now is cause the song has come back randomly into my head and I HAD to find it. I'm not kidding about this. I could be at work, or in a lecture back in my uni days or at the club absolutely cooked on mdma. I'm turning 30 in August and out of nowhere this song still pops into my head.I'm not a Milan fan but I really hope that they come back to those glory days and win the Champions league again. It's not the same without them. Soft spot in my heart for AC Milan.

I remember i visited the San Siro and the museum of AC Milan in 2017 for the first time. It was so beautiful and interesting to see. The players and coaches, the trophies, the History with ups and downs. I get tears in my eyes everytime i hear this song which makes me miss the old and glorious Milan so much, the times when they were dominating Italy or conquering Europe with the Champions League.
