@Danny DNA Targeting is not excluded to the head or neck region. Skalski would have speared regardless of any spin move, which would have resulted in a targeting call all the same. Skalski is a known dirty player and gets called for targeting in every big game.

I like how all they talk about is Ohio State, Bama is the one playing with the “us against the world” mentality bcuz in reality it is and always has been for the past 10+ years. I’ve never seen a Bama team with so much focus in a season. Saban built this program on another level.

How can Bama have the "us vs the world" mentality when everyone is talking about them, ranked #1 by all, even given the Heisman TROPHY and other Trophies. So, Bama can't play that card. The Bucks situation in the past 5 months is a whole new mentality. They've been called all kind of names from Lazy to Slow or Slow starter, to can't play Juggernaut and everytime they reply to that, the bar goes higher. For the Buckeyes, after every win, the bar is reset. Everytime and all the way here. You can start from the Indiana's game. They won't even give OSU the due credit agaist Bama even after some Clemsoning. Well, at least the hype has been true so far.

@Danny DNA Bruh idk where you got that info, but its wrong. Under Urban it happened 3 times; VT, Iowa, & Purdue. 2011 doesn't really count to us Buckeyes. Urban took basically that same team and went 12-0 with them the next year. All of the other losses OSU has had in the past decade have been from teams that finished in the AP top 10. OSU also has maintained the highest win percentage of any program over that time period. 😤

Pollack is exactly right about Buckeyes needing at least 40 and I think there is a very strong chance they will score at least that amount. Buckeyes offense may be the most explosive in the history of the program. They're absolutely loaded in every offensive phase and if Field's injury heals enough to where he's comfortable tucking it and running then this is yet another factor for Bama's D to contend with.

Y’all do realize that Ohio State’s offense has been just about as prolific and unstoppable as Alabama’s, right? And that’s with two games where they lost huge chunks of their offensive starters. I agree, stopping Bama’s offense is a daunting task - but so is stopping Ohio State.

Funny thing, when you compare the advanced box score of Bama vs ND and Clemson vs ND.... Clemson actually outperformed Bama in over 90% of the advanced metrics... on both offense and defense. Fact is, although the media are making out Bama to be unstoppable... they seem to be not much better than Clemson, if at all.

Dude what are you talking about clemson defense was trash this season. ND put 47 points on them this season. ND don't have no offense. Bama defense is way better than clemson. ND only put up 14 points when they face us in rose bowl. And btw one of those touchdowns really didn't count because they scored in garbage time. OSU is facing a way better defense.

If Saban wins his 6th title he might retire because Ohio State has a very young coach Oklahoma has a 37 year old coach and Florida and Texas AM so these teams are back and I mean back on top. Bama Clemson are through after this year for awhile. But when you become a dynasty and have won as many titles as these schools have everything else is just icing on a big cake.

I’m an Appalachian State fan which would of beat you or your bowl opponent last year. It would of been the second time beating your team.
