From what I've seen. Void lost his sister to the foundation, an anomaly helped him in exchange for its freedom. The mask is a limited and the entity "Bran" is now one with void. In a sense void is now a guy trying to annoy the foundation and save his sister

A neat detail. The smile on the mask actually gets wider when he's ambushes, implying that Void, or whatever entity is in control at the moment, views this not as an issue, but a pleasant surprise.

After watching that here’s my theory. Void is a high level reality warper with high level transportation abilities. He can make bullets fall short, can alter himself to withstand any environment with ease, and other such things. At first he seems like he might be low level but then he goes all OP when he takes the mask off. This is because the good detective is more OP than he himself can handle. The mask itself is also an SCP but it is not a part of the same SCP called Detective Void. Rather Void does not have complete control over his powers and the mask is made of an anomalous material which allows him to control them. It’s sort of like cyclopses visor. It doesn’t give him the powers. It just helps him control them. I theorize that stress makes his powers harder to control and this is why he is fine when in a relaxing bath. Also we are dropped a huge hint. He’s not doing this for the shits and giggles but because he is searching for a woman he is close to that the foundation captured. Most likely she is an SCP like himself. He can’t ask the chaos insurgency for help rescuing her because they would use him as a weapon, the COBG would try to shove him into one of their living modern art sculptures, the GOC would just try to kill him and MC&D would try to auction him off. Finally he has another power - he’s broken the fourth wall. He’s well aware that we are in a separate reality and that we are the ones who created the SCP reality. He also knows how much the SCP foundation hates us for this and wants to get our noses out of their classified business. So what better way to shove it to them than to use his reality warping abilities to reach across dimensions and hand us the very information the foundation wishes to keep from us?

Detective Void: *exists* The Foundation: "THIS MAN IS TOO DANGEROUS TO BE LEFT ALIVE!"

y'all have to remember, an scp is simply an anomalous object documented by the foundation. void said he wasn't an scp, he never said anything about not being anomalous. If he truly is a reality bender, if he doesn't want it, the foundation can't possibly record him as an scp.

The story seems to be that Void is not a SCP but is housing one, and the human mind can't comprehend the existence of this SCP, (bran) so he wipes the memory of humans who witness him. The reason why Void wakes up in the ice bath is so Void doesn't die from quantum teleportation as it could kill him. The whole reason for Void to be involve with the SCP foundation is because is his sister is under containment as she is believed to have a countdown on her forehead predicting when Bran will enter our world as he is trapped and only controlling Void.

The detective is actually an author manifest into SCP universe. However, unlike others who rewrite the entire reality to blend in, he announced his presence loud and clear to the Foundation. Hence, the hunt began

The foundation seeing void turned his escape into a damn music video

Theory: The D.V is looking for his sister who was contained by the foundation because she is an anomaly, and on the way to help her or find her something happened that gave him the mask. Now he gives out the secrets of the foundation so that somehow they will give him his sister, or it is in the form of revenge or to annoy them.

So, this confirms that the Foundation knows about him and his channel, but fails to contain our zealous detective. Kind of an allegory for the impossibility of containing curiosity

I love the odd hints that there's more to void than we see . And I love seeing more of him outside of being detective void fantastic animation amazing song well done . My opinion Netflix or someone needs to come to you about making an entire TV series. Like the old cryptid hunter show from a few years back .
