I was taught a very similar method for throwing powerful strikes by a friend who was taking a form of karate when we were young. I practiced it until I had the timing of clinching your fist to turn it into a sold object. I think the analogy my friend's instructor used was to make your fist fly like a bird then fall like a stone. We are all very lucky to have Valentyn's expert instruction and advice. The stuff he shows in these videos is typically only found in the best gyms in the world or direct from a true master to his students.

Hi thanks for good tips i was taught a bit of kickboxing and its really good to ,he taught me the arms are good even a jab etc to help set up a kick ,and if your not a puncher you can still do lot of damage with legs
