When I used to attend the Final Four Monday night games I noticed how the players and their families especially watch One Shining Moment when it's played on the big screens post-game. It always happened after the nets were cut down and the trophies handed out, after all the confetti had settled and stadium workers were tearing down the stage. Tears in the eyes of everyone still out on the floor, young and old. Live OSM in the stadium is a special, shared emotional experience not many people talk about.

UConn is a perfect example of what Kentucky or North Carolina should be if they actually had real coaching and didn't rely solely on individual talent. When you bring together a group of kids who have been told their whole lives that they're the man and you don't teach them to play as a team it's destined for failure no matter how many 5 stars you have

So proud of my Wolfpack! 10th in the ACC yet made it to the Final Four! Never in my life did I think that I’d see them pull off a run like that, and while we didn’t win it all, it was so fun to watch. Rekindled my love of the game

Go Illini baby! I’m used to seeing them either going home early or getting eliminated in the 2nd round. I’m not used to seeing them in the Sweet 16 or Elite 8. Which hasn’t been done in 19 years. They did their best and that was a shining moment. I-L-L… I-N-I!!!

No way he should've been 3rd team AA and he probably isn't even gonna get his jersey retired in the rafters. If you do any digging you'll no there's no chance of him being proven guilty and after all...these people's job is to judge and cover basketball. Not law. Just pathetic. Oh well...at least he gets to play.

The part towards the end during the final four segment where he hits the high note always seems to have a good clip and this year when they showed Grant Nelson’s dunk I got chills. Not even a Tide fan

I just love March Madness. This is an amazing time and one of the greatest sports tournaments ever. Loved all of the excitement this year and the underdog upsets (YALE, NC STATE) and seeing UConn going B2B and we have another champion in New England. I am so happy about Alabama making the Final Four, congrats to all of the teams, it was very chalky but shout out to teams like NCST, loved to see them play. Congrats to UConn they deserved to win as they were dominant through out this tournament!

Props to UConn...more impressive than the Gators' back-to-back (as impressive as that was) with all the new pieces they had. Talented, smart team. Missed opportunity here by CBS not to include Purdue's Cam Heide sick put-back dunk vs. UConn last night. That was the dunk of the tourney.

Have to say this is one of the weaker montages we have had. No audio from in game announcers. The Burns spin move against Duke. Missing a lot and instead just using video of the bracket being shown. Past years much better

I feel like this song should be dedicated to the one and only Jim Nantz who has been calling these games ever since this started until his retirement last year! It feels weird hearing Ian Eagle now calling the national championships! Eagle is an amazing announcer but Jim Nantz remains the legend of March Madness announcing

The edits and images come way too fast for this production to be appreciated. That said, the 2:21 slo-mo of Grant Nelson's dunk on Donovan Clingan is something hard to believe really happened.

Always hyped for One Shining Moment every year. I have to be critical of each one though and this one was pretty meh. Spent way too much time one the regional finals and not enough time on the rest of the field. I don't need to see the nets being cut down nor the names being smacked on the bracket. That's easy to remember. Memorialize the moments in the games that will get lost in time. Some of the previous ones were better.

While I know that this is a college basketball tradition, there's a part of me that wouldn't mind seeing something like this for the college football playoff. Especially since the CFP is expanding this upcoming season.
