I am a oneplus 8 pro user and play Fornite and pubg and have never had that problem or temperature notification. I have even played charging the device and I have not had that notification either. regards ! 😃👍 Exelen video!!!

Just got the OP8 5G and it’s FAST The reason the phone overheats when you start using it is because it’s processing so much data at once for updates and stuff when you start using it. But after 24 hours it should be fine.

Vasili Dallas it shouldn’t overheat even if it does all of that! It is supposed to have flagship chip with vapour cooling as well! Yes it could get a bit warm but not at all over heat Edit : I take it back ! 🤣 Even Iphone does that if you play games on it !

Iphone SE Resolution:750x1334 = 1 Million pixels Oneplus 8/7t 1080p : 1080x2400= 2.5M pixels Gpu on ur SE has half the work load of Almost any other phone on the market ! WHY WOULD IT HEAT? For comparison on pubg 11 pro dims the screen a lot of times ! Same chip but also 3x more work !

MB STUDIO it dims the display if you play for extended periods ! Your ambient temps mightbe cooler than mine ! I have A/C on 24 but if I don’t turn on the fan it will dim the display!
