Its not a mental thing. For me she is the most talented player, but she is not fitness enough. If the matches lasted 1 set, she probably would be number 1.But against really strong players physically, with a good serve and who can return a lot of balls (like sakkari, iga, coco, paula, naomi) she often run out of gas, especially in slow conditions.

Simona, la vârsta la care a ajuns în acest moment 30 de ani, nu a ieșit din top 30 și a stat aproape 7 ani în top 10... nicio altă jucătoare din circuitul actual nu a mai reușit o astfel de performanță!
