@@yungkang1874 I used OSU and aimtrainers with absolutely zero experience in fps games and I was able to play better in fps than I ever had in my life. Though, it should be noted that JUST playing on aimtrainers does absolutely nothing. They basically are just good warmup exercises. Nothing beats actually playing the game and putting hours into it, but I would say aimtrainers are not completely useless, they are great warm up tools and allow you to have a decent feel for your mouse (if the aimtrainer settings are accurate enough). Aimtrainers and actual gameplay allowed me to go from being absolute garbage at fps to being able to play them comfortably. Though I guess that's the case for any form of practice.

Osu doesn’t help too much with shooter games, because it’s on beat and shooter games aren’t to a song. So it would only slightly help aim and not the right time to shoot
