I don't normally do the emotional stuff but I think you should know when you've done something good. Right around the time when the drone went up and showed all of your family I started to cry. Good to see the family continuing to make memories and being happy, as I know it's been a rough time for you guys. I think the staying distracted tactic is good, if the thoughts are repetitive and irrational. But also remember that it's good to feel the range of emotions for these things, because that's all a part of life, and with the passing of a loved one it's how you continue to show your love for them in a way. Either way, you lot are tough as nails to cope the way you have been. Much love.
