I feel like that the older I get. However I also started feeling like that at 14 wen I got diagnosed with depression and anxiety and the meds made me sleepy and kinda slow feeling. Also got diagnosed with ADHD at 24 & heard it can take that long to show up if ur highly intelligent cuz as a kid ur smart enough to keep up or even surpass others. My grades started to take a nose dive the yr I started antidepressants cuz most of them make u sleepy so that plus undiagnosed ADHD took me from speed racer to a snail wen it came to cognitive ability and learning new things. But hey your diet can rly affect ur feeling of sluggishness or u might have an undiagnosed illness either physical or mental. Have u had ur thyroid tested? Have u had a nutritional blood panel done? My Drs for yrs tried all these tests cuz I'd say I was so sleepy but idk why they didn't figure out it was my antidepressants..that seems so obvious now. I also got Lyme's when I was 12 so that can do weird things to u permanently. If this rly bothers u, I'd ask myself some questions about how u feel mentally and physically and what u eat and if u take enough vitamins (altho the ones in the stores kinda suck, I take rx grade vitamins which are grade 12, the ones in the store, if they even have the vitamins they say are in those pills (big study done, most of them only have like 13 percent of the vitamin they claim is in there) but if they do, they are only grqde 3 so they arent great anyway. I take ID Life vitamins. Was taking them for yrs then got rly poor & couldn't afford any vitamins but I'm going back on them soon. They made a HUGE diff in so many random things in my life I didn't even know I could change...like the probiotics are so good I basically stopped farting all together while on them. Soon as I came off then, my healthy diet caused the farting to come back lol I hope no one sees this & knows me

We live in a world with enough wealth to meet everyone's needs but those hoarding it will never allow it to happen. Just know you are enough and focus on improving things you are interested in becoming. Like seriously just sit down and write down what you want to achieve in life and what you think would be the coolest hobbies or greatest needs our world needs addressed and never take your eye off of it. Pursue friendships and relationships with other like minded people. And above all, keep community in your life.

something similar to your issue had happened to me. counselling didn't work, and I realised that the sooner I wish I had realised that I was the one in control of my life and my mind. Take 3 or 4 months off of everything and figure things out slowly, and u will have that guide slowly coming to u. pls don't ever think of doing anything else that could potentially make your life worse. it's not your fault, but it's our responsibility to heal even if it hurts. I promise you're not alone and I'm with you. ❤ u deserve all the love and colors in life and trust me , u don't wanna miss that. I love you. ❤️
