I need to write a better comment: Warning if you have purchased this game, and not opened it. I'd suggest returning it, or before you do - see some reviews regarding this version. I picked up the "Deluxe Ultraman Edition" the voucher only gave my access to cosmetic upgrades, no season pass. Not a SINGLE ounce of footage in this launch trailer is from the switch version of this game, incant stress that enough this game looks nothing like this trailer - I'm fact I think some of the pre-release switch footage, wasn't running on switch. There is a noticeable delay in input vs. action - the game is slow, the controls are clunky and unpolished, and did I mention the input delay? The frame rate drops constantly, 4 player brawls are nearly unplayable. it's a mess at times. There's no lock on, some moves knock your opponent down, and have a follow-up that's useless, because your opponent has a window of invincibility. It's flashy and pointless. Also - this game is primarily online only - unless you're not connected to the internet, or have Nintendo's online membership the game is will pit you with CPU opponents only (it will also do this if you can't find enough players). No where is it stated how this game is almost strictly online play - offline play has no options in menus, save for a league mission here or there. I cannot stress enough that this game is a massive let down on switch, and I'm disappointed. I was looking forward to it. I can't stress enough that this trailer is misleading - and has absolutely 0 footage from the switch version. This had to have been pulled from Xbox One, PS4/5. The models are muddy - and no this is not like Custom Robo or VirtualON - it may have tried to go in that direction but it failed miserably. Honestly I'm so disappointed and won't pick up any other version of it either, which is a shame. I was REALLY looking forward to this.
