Salut.

I think my favourite aspect of these videos is that there's a certain point while I'm watching where I think "right, this is as far as this idea can go, great show" and then I look at the video length to see that it's not even halfway done, and the mechanisms continue to get more complex and frankly ridiculous. Top shelf stuff. Keep it up!

There's also the infamous 5th wheel one. Somewhere in the 1900's someone made a car where the spare wheel on the rear was also used to park. It was connected to the "prop shaft" via a gear which was activated by lowering (and therefore raising the whole rear of the car off the ground) and meshing the gears. It then gave the ability to rotate the whole car into the spot after it was driven into it with just the nose. Ludicrous, but amusing.

Guys… Why do we do this?!?!😂😂😂 when I was 12 my parents gave me a GIANT cheapo R/C VW New Beetle for Christmas and I absolutely loved it had 3 speeds, lights and sound effects. You could even open all the doors, hood and trunk. It was actually pretty fast outside in the street. But what’s the VERY FIRST thing my dad and I do…? No speed runs, don’t play with any of the features. Don’t run it outside… No. We figured out it fits PERFECT under the end table next to the couch and so we start challenging each other with corner backing it under the table. Later; we made barriers out of K’NEX because we all know how superior they are to Lego🤣 and did parallel parking competitions…🤦🏻
