As a victim of a home invasion it is the scariest thing to go through. I was so traumatized I couldn't even remember how many men it was. I said 5 but my wife said 4. It was horrible to see a man with a t-shirt wrapped around his head with a shotgun pointed at me. All I could see was his eyes. It's was so scary. I hope these young people don't get ptsd. They were so lucky.

The amount of therapy I would need after this. Being taken to another room alone, away from your siblings by a guy at gunpoint, the things that run through your mind and the preparation for the worse 🥺. Glad the robbers left thanks to the dad and the family is recovering well.

Seeing my children being scared for their lives, seeing my daughter being taken out of the room, and not being able to do anything about it would send me into a murderous rage out to rescue my family any cost! I hope that these kids can survive such an event. When the brother scooted closer to his sister, I cried. He could not do anything other than to be there for his sister. I am happy that the family had a ring camera and the father was able to speak to the robbers. I believe that those kids would have been badly wounded if not worse had their parents not intervened.

I just experienced a home invasion a few nights ago, I was face to face with one of them at 2am while my dad was asleep… all I said was “I didn’t see you, just go!!” And luckily it worked and they left immediately… I couldn’t imagine if the guy had a gun like this situation pointed at my head. Scary world

bruh this is one of my worst fears, being home alone and someone breaking in. my dog sits on a chair and stares out of the window literally every single second that my mom is not home bc she has separation anxiety, so she is the only thing keeping me calm knowing that I'll hear her start barking if she even sees someone walk by our house.

The world we live in today, has so many sick, twisted, soulless, individuals, I'm surprised any of us even want to come out of our homes anymore.

Their security system proved to be priceless! This video would be a huge selling point for security systems linked to cell phones. Years ago something similar happened to a former co-worker's family but they didn't have a camera linked to their phones. They listed their house for sale within 48hrs, no-one in their family felt safe. They actually never spent another night in their home. Their 12yr old daughter was brutally attacked, raped and beaten. She suffered horrible brain trauma and paralysis. Such criminals deserve zero mercy ....... Life Without Parole or death - just 2 choices.

The fear I felt, watching them take the other girl some where else. The worst things would be popping in my head at that point.

It would be such a hard decision to know if you should say something or not. I’d be so scared that startling the suspects or standing up to them would cause them to lash out and hurt one of the kids. These parents were so brave and their kids too. I’m just glad it didn’t escalate and no one was severely injured, I hope this family can heal from such a traumatic incident.

How scary it must be to be like “should I say something? What if they kill the kids and flee if I do? Should I just wait for the cops to ambush them?”
