Hey Nance, thank you for running my posted email. I know it really wasn't an actual sighting or close encounter with a Bigfoot. It's just that finding that bone on that hike that day, I just had this feeling it was not accidental. In years of hiking and backpacking I had never found any sort of animal remains. The circumstances of finding that bone was always perplexing to me. I really loved Todd's story. I love that area all around Asheville and did hike the Pisgah National Forest once many years ago. What a special place. It's interesting that Tood also considers true Bigfoots to be a very close human offshoot relative closer to us than chimps or the Great Apes. Perhaps they are the "missing link" in our human family tree that the researchers always talk about. I want to offer my condolences to the families and friends of those members of the Bigfoot community that have died recently that you mentioned in your closing remarks. I hope that the members of the Sasquad liked my contribution. I feel in my gut that finding that bone was no accident and it may well be the case that a Squatch left it for me to find.

Thank you for the comments on my encounter. So yes science in more recent times is discovering many new branches of the human family like homo denisova and home florensis. After looking eye to eye it was obvious to me this was the case. A similar look can be found in some western US Native tribes as well.

I am from NE GA and have heard Panthers next to my childhood home in Hall County. My father and brother have hunted at the Tennessee/Georgia line and have seen them. We have seen Bobcats as well. My heritage is from the Bryson City area. My great-great grandfather was an infant on the Trail Of Tears trek. His name is listed as one that left the area. He returned later to have a family in the Nantahala area until the Tennessee Valley Authority flooded the area having dammed for electricity. There are so many animals we will never see on a regular basis, butvthat doesn't mean they are not there.

It has been a while since I have listened to Buckeye Bigfoot due to starting a new job in retail with crazy hours. Boy oh boy, what a treat to hear Nance narrate the sasquad's encounters. I immediately felt that I was back with my tribe of people! I felt right at home or should I say back on the trail with you all. The email from Foxy from NC was wonderful. I absolutely burst with pride because Foxy was describing my home state of North Carolina and my family and I have vacationed numerous times in our beautiful mountains! I knew every landmark described and could visualize right along with Todd as he described in detail his encounter. I just want to say that I whole heartedly agree with protecting the Bigfoot. My heart hurts at the thought of them being hunted down and murdered. I think we should all be mindful to protect the areas of the encounters by not disclosing exact locations. I feel that we should let these Bigfoot exist and live peacefully among us. That's just my humble opinion. Wonderful email. I very much enjoyed it

Dear Nance, I’ve passed on listening to any other Sasquatch channels now that I’ve found and become enthralled by yours. I think it’s your lovely reading voice that does it, especially since I like to listen to the stories at night as I’m falling asleep and then the ones I’ve missed in mid-sleep, I go back and replay later the next day. Besides, you have such a lovely and comical, gentle and cheeky sense of humour, which as an old fashioned British girl, I hugely appreciate. I never did like crude language, and thank you for not using it, plus your grammar is pretty spot on! Although my bug bear is those who say “I seen blah blah blah!” 😖😩😤 “No! No! No!” 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s “I saw.... blah blah blah!” Were Americans never taught correct English Language and grammar at school? And don’t get me started on those who insist that they “Borrowed someone some money!” 😳🤦🏻‍♀️ “NO! NO YOU DID NOT! As Miss Judge Judy will tell you, you ‘loan’, they ‘borrow’!” Sheesh! Anyway, I digress, your speaking voice is beautiful and your reading voice is faultless! Making you a PERFECT story narrator! Bravo 👏! And thank you for not being as pompous and arrogant as some of your male counterparts in the field. I applauded you 👏👏👏. Bless you Nance, stay safe and best wishes to you sweet lady, God bless. 🙏

Park Ranger ( aka North Carolina Fox) thanks for your enlightening and well written educational narrative. It doesn’t surprise me that other channels did not post your experience as they want all the attention and would be easily intimidated by your bona fides. Nance does not suffer from such seizures of pride as you can see how she humbly mentioned our community’s losses. I look forward to more postings as to what the Cherokee elder told you about the Forest People.

To Todd Fox; Two independent labs, one in Canada, the other in the US, examined samples of flesh, one left on a bear board, the other on a vehicle damaged.by what was thought to be a Sasquatch. Both results were identical; "A non-human primate." Yes, we're related.

Your words are very appreciated, since a few commenters said I was fabricating my encounter since I am so long winded. Which was hurtful and I do not get their reasoning at all. I am the Ranger who shared the story and there is even more to it I have not shared yet, since it really cross connects multiple paranormal experiences and I felt including it all at first would be too much for others to handle hearing and want to believe. I'm sure I will share an addition to the encounter later too. Stay well.

Hi Marian. It was my encounter shared and I appreciate your input as well. I worked in the GSMNP with the first ever park Archaeologist Pei Lin Yu doing mapping work of Native grave sites on the Qualla Boundary, remotely by myself for over a year. I did so with much reverence to the Native people there currently and to the spirits of the people's I was close to. But also with respect to the animals there. But as you well know you see far more animals near people than you do in remote locations. Although the massive size of the graves I locate,d using old maps made me wonder who was buried there many times. Glad to know there are other former or current Rangers out there that are at least open to the reality of these lovely cousins of ours.

To Everybody who knew the dearly departed you have my prayers and condolences. To the Park Ranger. I have Cherokee Ancestors and love the forest. I also love animals. I would never do harm to anything wild. Only if I had no choice and had to defend myself or my loved ones. I went on my very first solo camping trip this year. Let's say in the Mountains of West Virginia. At a camping area.i used a tent. I can't afford to buy a camper. You see I'm Disabled. So it took me longer to set up my Tee Pee tent than a normal person. Once my camp was set up I was exhausted. Plus I'm 60 years old. My first night uneventful. But it did rain. My tent did well. I said out loud if there are any Forest people around I not mean you any harm. Only respect. I love the Forest and spending time in it away from people. My 2nd night I was still very tired. No real sleep from my first night was freaked out pretty much. Let's say I pushed way past my comfort zone. It was I nice evening calm. I was listening to some Bob Whites singing. Had a small camp fire going. My feet propped up sipping on my Dr Pepper enjoying life. When out of nowhere something went flying threw the leaves of the trees in front of me. Mind you I was at least 300 yards from the nearest other campers in tent's. I had this section all to my self. Next to a wide river. I didn't see any light's it was very dark. This happened several more time's. I wasn't scared. Didn't feel any doom or gloom. I remember thinking who ever was throwing the objects must be very strong. Because what ever was being thrown went straight no arch. Nothing fell near me or my car. It was over the river bank. My fire had died down to where there was no fire threat. So I decided to call it a night. And it rained that night also. I figured if something meant me harm wouldn't be much I could do about it. I did have a fire arm with me. But I have never fired it ever. And would hate to have to use it. That's my story sir. Do I believe in Big Foot? Yes. But I like to call them the Forest people. Stay Safe Everybody.

Much thanks for sharing your events as well. I am the Ranger who sent in the story. Completely agree there is no need to harm other creatures unless your other choices have disappeared into defense. I am handicap as well so no tent camping for me anymore but I still find myself in nature plenty and also do some camping in my truck. I have had things hurled my way before too and will likely share that story as well at some point.

I go tent camping up, above a mile high in Montana… i found a grizzly bear, with it’s spine ripped out.. think he got too close to my camp, I have never been scared, because I know, they got my back……..only wound that bear had.. his spine being ripped out…….he held him down and ripped it out… old rail road stories, talk about them twisting track like it was licorice… ever try and pick one up, good luck….too twist track like it was licorice, raw strength……55 gallon barrels of fuel, thrown hundred of feet or more….a bulldozer.. the cage over the seat.. one of them picked up a boulder, big enough, that, when it came down, it crushed that cage… that boulder was massive.. this is what the loggers found in the morning at the job site……there was areas that the rail road went around… because whatever track they put down during the day…. Sasquatch would rip up at night and twist the track like licorice and thrown in the trees… put men up at night with rifles, only to hear shooting, and the men came running back and quit, saying they can keep the job, they were out of there…..

You are known to them as a good soul. When I was 7( i am 60), Me and my Dad went to Florence, Oregon, to visit my Sister and nephew. Donna started telling us about occurances, and footprints she had seen.Later that evening, I ,and my 5 year old nephew, went to the woods, to a creek. I was standing, and for some reason- stared at a clump of trees that had been bulldozed into a pile. my eyes were glued to one spot.. I felt a sense of comfort, and all of a sudden, One stood, I raised my arms to my side- why, I dont know, and waved with my left hand. He( or She) looked up, turned, and walked away into the forest. I turned to my nephew, and he was GONE!. I got back to my sisters, My nephew was there, and Donna, my sister, said, " You are protected". I didnt know what that meant at that time, but I have had many occurences, had many sightings, and had, and have No intentions to photo, or prove my knowings.I have always camped, and hiked with the comfort of knowing im " protected". Another nephew, had property above Oroville, CA., and I have seen several on regular visits. they dont threaten, nor hide- and neithet do I. i do me- They do them. im curious, whenever someone claims they are dangerous. maybe there are bad squatches out there, but i havent experienced any.

Now that I will be moving up into those same mountains on the North Carolina Tennessee boarder onto 44 acres of wooded land, I feel motivated to comment. Although I/we (my close family) have not seen or heard anything, I think there are signs of the big guy’s presence. Small trees that are not broken but twisted off but still attached by the bark and bent over (2) in the direction of my house, multiple crossed sticks in the woods, very large viable trees broken off and bent towards the house, and possibly nesting sights. I agree with the last story teller and fully intend to remain quiet abut such things. If he/she shows themselves then I will know for sure. Anyway thanks for the work you do Nance and the brave people who are willing to tell their stories.

RIP, we also have lost Scott Carpenter, he helped many people that were having issues with sasquatch on their property. Unfortunately, not all people have positive encounters with the forest people.

The Appalachians are a magical, immense and awesome star of nature. I come from Perry County, Kentucky and I would believe anything about those wondrous, incredibly ancient, beloved hills. I believe there are Bigfoot and any number of other creatures inhabiting those hills. There is a sense of presence, awe and mystery to be found there. I enjoyed this account greatly! 😊

Another amazing post! Foxy Squad friend is one of the best posts of all! Thank you for posting and for including the preface on you background as well as some info on the Appalachians. I really should read more about them since I had no idea of their age/diversity etc. Best from the Rocky Mts. Colorado!

Very unusual yet enjoyable story! This is the first encounter story that described the face as similar to the Aboriginal People of Australia. That is exactly how I described the face as well. I know that they are as unique as human faces are, but there are similar groupings such as First Nations, Aboriginal, European, Oriental, African etc. I do enjoy hearing the peaceful enjoyable encounters and not just the scary or aggressive ones. I know that if someone was shooting at me or my child I would do everything I could to get them to stop and be labeled crazy aggressive as well. Thank you for sharing your experience with Nance so she could in turn share it with us.

Thank you Jayne for your comment on my encounter as the Ranger. This was the connection my own spirit/intuition shared with me as I stared this lovely cousin in the face. It was a way to merge what my brain could process with the experience and let me understand it as it happened. You are right also about misgivings that Bigfoot may have against us humans in many cases since their people have been aggressively treated by ours for a long time in many instances. I would defend my family and be the wild angry creature too.

Hau. Firstly, thanks Nance, for all your hard work. It's enjoyed much. Secondly, to the Park Ranger. Everything, everything you said is true! I have colleagues in Warren, Buncombe, and Madison, North Carolina. I practice the ways of my ancestors, and am fortunate enough to have gotten family history regarding Native American traditions from my maternal Grandfather, and in later !ife the Lakota, Haliwa -Saponi.,Apache, and Cherokee. In 2007, a buddie of mine and myself got lost on an Lakota Elder's eight acre property that bordered a US Park Forest. We had to spend a night out in February, and were it not for the grace of The Great Mother and the Grandfather's we would have sure!y perished. February 12, 2007. Anyway, while lost in those woods I saw first hand the wonders that are to be found in Western NC. We were lost in a place near Troublesome Gap, to give you an idea. In streams, you can reach down and pull up orange river quartz, and maybe even a ruby like the color if red supermarket grapes. You might find a piece of gold nugget. We found golden eagle feathers, and many animal bone. I saw a stream of water gushing out the side of a huge rock. I'll never forget that because I didn't consume any water or juice that morning. We actually encountered a Quatch while we were somehow on top of some mountain. I remember looking down on other mountains. It was way way up. We were looking down all around us on the TOPS OF OTHER MOUNTAINS! I still don't know how we got there, but speculate an actual portal. So we were looking down and it dawned on us that we might have to spend a second night on some mountain. Just as I became real depressed my bud goes, "Don't move, there's a Bigfoot in those trees down there." And then he goes on to say "It's reading our thoughts." He said this out of the blue. I said ' Oh great, I may have to spend another night out, and to make matters worse, we're being watched by Sasquatch.' I'm going go back. Would !ove to talk with you. Hoka Hey.

How did I miss this show is beyond my understanding. It was a month a go. But I will say this, the story of the Ranger is as highly educated and knowledgeable as I never seen before. The story was brilliantly structured. His qualifications and background are indisputable. The story how, when, and where was beautifully done. The story was the one that you want more. Thank you for the submission. Pertaining to the Bigfoots community recently deaths my prayers for the family and friends of both titans of the Bigfoots phenomena. May the lord send legions of Angels to comfort us, the family, friends coworkers and the listeners. I pray in my almighty fathers name. Amen

Hello 👋 hardworking person, I admire your grit, I’ve been under the weather today, so my poor gardener had to do the baskets and put the bulbs in the lawn by himself, prune down the trees 🌳 etc., before the rain came. I’m disabled so limited in my abilities. So it’s been a quiet day for me. I hope your walls are coming along long, and I shall think of you working hard on them whilst we both listen to our lovely Nance. God bless and stay safe. 🙏
