The sit up used to be op. You couldn't crouch in water but you could emote in water allowing you to get low enough to be underwater

Also keep in mind the lara croft emote (now re-released as a different emote this season!) can save you from a sniper shot- they can't headshot you while using it and it works even better if used horizontally according to what side they're shooting from- as you're constantly spinning.

The last one is overpowered in reality because it erases your hit box for a few seconds rather than lowering it or raising it. The spiderman built in emote is over powered too, you can use it to hide from enemies by clipping through the roof with it.
