@@revelry1969 Sadly I streamed it first and it was distorted and I changed the settings for higher quality and it vastly improved it. But yea, it's a very compressed sounding record, but damn if it isn't a great album.

This set was great! Honestly the mixing on their new album Dark Matter had me worried but they sound so much better here. Everyone sounds so clean and in top form, especially Eddie!

oh hell yes! love what Stone is doing in the sections leading into the verses. also like what Josh adds to the bridge - those background high octaves (i think that's what he's playing?) add a nice touch of colour without taking focus away from the main band members

Way better than the album.. no unnecessary pitch correction, no absurd compression and limiting. It's absurd that a studio album in 2024 has to sound that bad just because (i suppose) of the industry's requirements
