Hud should have oversight over the complex … I dont understand why pay management companies to run day to day operations when the City could hire its own employees to operate them ….

Don't try to blame section 8 or low income for this. Also they were supposed to put up cameras and they didn't and were given more time. Fine them, make surprise police present keep the bad people on their toes.
