I can see why this skin is divisive, there is a lot going on. The face paint is unique, the glider is amazing, the queen aspect is cool, but I don’t feel a big ‘cube’ vibe. I’d rate it positive overall on it’s originality alone

Honestly it’s one of the best we’ve had this chapter. Finally an original storyline related Fortnite skin after 6 seasons of collab skins (though some of them were pretty good like Deadpool, Wolverine, Predator and Superman). I hate that the glider is locked to her though.

Ikr , its finnaly not a collab! They have finnaly made a secret skin i will use. All the other secret skins i use for a day because theyre trash and not even story line. But this one is sick! Its original which is what we need Its a good skin i just dont know why people dont like it .

I personally really like the skin, well at least the 2nd one. The 1st and 3rd are a bit iffy with the color schemes, the face paint (?) is a bit questionable on 1 and 3, as well as the chest and shoulder colors of 3. The glider is the most unique to date, hands down best concept so far. Unfortunately it is a little clunky when going left or right, and doesn't work well unless flying straight. The staff is amazing, like it has to be my favorite so far. The backbling is fitting without being too outlandish. I found that Thor's weapon wrap goes REALLY WELL with the 2nd version. Just my thoughts.

A downfall is how you can only use the glider on her. All the good gliders like iron mans glider a restricted to the character who it goes to. Its just i want to use the glider with someone else

This has been an awesome Fortnite day: I got The Batman Who Laughs, I did all Cube Queen quests, unlocked all Tuna fish styles and I redeemed all but three golden bonus rewards (which I don't actually even want). All I'm waiting this season is for the Cube Assasin to be in the store and maaaaybe, just maybe Shadow Midas (wasn't a fan of his previous skins). As long as we're complaining, everything from the Cube Queen is awesome, especially her glider, but the pickaxe could've been made a bit less distracting when hitting with it. Those flowing effects take too much screen space when swinging and hitting, but it's a minor complaint. The purpose of this is to be spectacular, so the Cube Queen is awesome!

The Queen by far is the best secret skin we had this chapter and it gets bonus points for not being a collab skin we just had too much collabs as secret skins for a awhile and its nice too see an actual skin done by Epic games. I don't hate collabs just that we had too much as of now and its refreshing to see actual skins in the battle pass and secret skin.

When you aim down sight with the queen skin, the pices around her head get super close to her head so they dont mess with your aim. Also the pick axe has some cubes on it that when you jump they move forward and back ward. Also definetly read the description of the items SPECIALLY the pick axe. Ch3 next season hints

This is the most amount of effort I've seen in a secret skin in a very long time. A lot of the collab secret skins don't have much going on with them outside of "look it's Deadpool!" The face paint is a very minor gripe that you won't even be able to see when using her. Amazing skin, though I would change the face paint to make it cover her entire face. It doesn't really make sense for her to be fully human IMO. Here's my combo: Cube Queen Glass Wings (Ravina's backbling) Phantasmic Pulse (Valiant Fire, Blue, Sky Blue) Sweetener Sailshards (Ariana's glider) Zero Point/Holodata contrail Zero Bloom wrap

A combination of some spire stuff, and some of fusions stuff would look great on the black style and any combination of the three sets with like the fusion skin, second style cube queen pickaxe, and the back bling plus glider of spire assassin along with squared wrap from season x

I don’t get why people like original skins this much as if they are going to continue to use it after the season ends but I still see and use deadpool, wolverine and aquaman and superman. I only came back to this game in s3c2 after not playing for 8 seasons in a row and I have played a lot of the game since but even with me not having skins from every battle pass I already feel like I don’t use most battle pass original skins and I would honestly prefer a good all dc season with skins that will be used for ages just like marvel than skins that become irrelevant before the season is even over.

Hmm I don't know why but maybe her staff is the source of her powers, not entirely sure but it could be possible since think about it, Most Powerful villians always have a powerful Artifact or relic they use to contain their power so maybe the staff is what her power is linked to and I like this skin, one of the coolest secret skins this chapter! oh quick thing I just noticed with the queen skin. When you are aiming down sight, focus on those small hovering runes around her head as they close in onto her head each time you aim down sight

A few of the spire assassin's items go with her obliterator style well like the wrap and the warp something contrail also idk if many people noticed but when you ads with the queen her crown shrinks like it gets closer to her head

If you read the description for the queen pickaxe it suggests that the island is coming to an end soon. Maybe another clue about a new chapter earlier than first thought.

it's funny for the Toona fish styles, I am also yet to unlock the bounty and fishing styles. My only issue with the queen's second skin style is that I don't have a wrap which matches it. Maybe there is one, but I only started to pay attention to fortnite from the start of Chapter 2 so lack certain wraps. But I think the queen's back bling is teasing a big live event which might lead us straight to Chapter 3

You do have a point. But it's not my favourite, the one drawback about it for me is the hair OK basically it's her facial area but yea my fav style is the dark and blue. One thing for sure is that everything else is the best my opinion

This skin is fantastic what are these other people taking about the game has to many colaberation skins in it as it is finally a very good complete set story driven secret skin it’s about time. I would have only wished for orange,silver and a red version of this skin we need more variety in color but otherwise it’s really good.

The Cube Queen is one of my favourite secret skins, next to The Scientist, its so well made, I love the vibrant colour, definitely a contrast between the cubes but I'm glad that epic didn't just go for the easy purple or gold rune for her design, they went all out, the detail is on point.

I don’t know your preferences or what you value from a secret skin but this literally came out today and I bet this will be a skin that I rarely ever see in game after this season, I would prefer to get a crossover skin that I would still use even after it has been out for a while like aquaman and wolverine.

@@iiPerc yes people do use collab skins and if you could see the item shop statistics I wouldn’t be surprised if the collab skins outsell the original skins, I see collab skins all the time you play as this skin because it’s new you probably won’t use it that much as soon as the next season stars, I mostly choose to play as Batman, superman, Harley, joker, deathstroke etc. And your point about them not working in a battle royal game where the objective is to eliminate your opponents, you say cube monster is fine but contract killer slade Wilson he can’t fit in a battle royal game.

@@luke.2005 You're probably right about collab skins getting more sales than original skins but i still don't understand why. I feel like the only reason why people prefer collab skins over originals because collab skins are more known. It could be the most basic collab skin and it'll probably still get more love than a original skin that has detail put into it. I don't mind having collab skins then and a there a few times but when we're having them back to back it's kinda overwhelming. I prefer a original skin uniquely created by the developers not some marvel superhero skins that I'll probably never use, but everybody have different preferences. I don't hate collab skins but i think we're getting it too much often that it doesn't feel fortnite anymore. Feels like marvel vs dc capcom ultimate if they made a battle royale game

@@iiPerc your argument doesn’t make sense to me, It’s like your acting like fortnite makes better characters than dc it’s just not true and I would prefer to play as those dc characters and that is why people continue to play as them more than original skins. The best battle pass this season was definitely the marvel one I still see people to this day playing as all of those skins and yet people complained when they came out but I rarely see original battle pass skins from previous seasons. I would honestly rather have a dc battle pass with really unique characters from comics it would be awesome and people would continue to use them even after the seasons.

I use the Cubed wrap because she is the cube queen and i like the 3rd island bane style on all but the back bling i prefer obliterator and on the glider i also prefer the obliterator but i match it up and use islandbane and bc of her hair i sometimes use the portal and sometimes i dont and i love the fact that it sways when you walk down the stairs on her glider but bc of the back bling it doesn't sway when you don't have one on

My favorites are her Original and Third Styles , the black i don't like as we have too many dark skins in game already. I'm going to run her with the styles that make her stand out the most... Just like I do when running The Ice Queen Skin.
