question, your up sipral bit is not as tick as it is the mortise width, but it seems you made the mortise without re locating the jig, is that right?

The first half of the ukposts.infoUgkx3ICSK6nSknaL_45CU2NmFSoXjarGMDiJ book is everything about wood: types, tools, finishes, setting up shop etc. The second half is all about doing projects for inside and outside of the home. The color pictures are helpful. After reading a dozen of these types of books, this is probably the best overall (layout, color photos, plans). Only detraction is that many of the projects use a table saw/router/planer, which are usually expensive and take up space, so the plans are less friendly to newcomers and the budget conscious. But I know I can use a drill, circular saw or a jigsaw to make the projects.

I've been looking for a mortise and tenon thats made from 3 different pieces of wood , a joint with 2 mortises and a tenon . I've not seen such a joint in timber framing, if it works for a furniture application it should work on a larger scale. Great video.

Very impressed with this jig. I have been searching for this type of mortising jig without going crazy building one. I find this to be the one I am going with. Also . making your own biscuits is easy and using up your scrap. Thx builder buddy.

When I make my own tenons I make them a tiny bit over in thickness and smash them in a big vice to make waffel dents in them like a factory bisquit to carry more glue into the glue joint.

Absolutly beautifull work. But the speed of a Domino is so much faster that it would be worth the money for mee. Non the less, its a great example of how creativity and enough time can be exchanged with any tool. Great work!

Хорошая приспособа! для точности позиционирования направляющих как по мне лучше всего циркулярку наклонить под 45-60 градусов и вырезать два треугольных паза по типу поверочной призмы. как направляющие - рекомендую глянуть в сторону вала от мотокосы. его длина около пол метра, диаметр 8, закаленная сталь, стоит около 120-150 грн, смотря где брать

Doskonałe rozwiązanie zachwycające swoją prostotą i uniwersalnością. Do wykonania w każdym warsztacie, nawet wyposażonego w zaledwie podstawowe narzędzia. Powstały szablon pokazuje że frezarki Domino z Festoola to w tylko bardzo drogi złom o ograniczonych możliwościach. Niemcy chyba bardzo nie lubią takich filmów ja Twój... Z pewnością skopiuję Twoje rozwiązanie w wersji mini i w wersji max, tak by móc tworzyć solidne mocowania o szerokości od 3 do 20 mm. Tym bardziej że do tego potrzebnych jest parę skrawków drewna i rurki albo pręty z duralu, czy stali oraz trochę staranności i dokładności wykonania. Efekt przekracza wszelkie oczekiwania!!!

Excellente réalisation ! Un gabarit d'une très grande utilité pour les coupes à 90° Qu'en est-il pour celles à 45° ? Ce gabarit peut également être employé dans cette configuration ? Un salut très amical depuis la Corse (France) ☺☺☺
