- Medium heat 15~20 minutes

- 100g Corn starch

- 15g Sugar

- 1/8Tsp Salt

- Freeze 10 minutes

- High heat 5~7 minutes

**GARLIC CHEESE SAUCE:
- 25g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- 15g Garlic
(にんにく)
- 3g Corn starch
(コーンスターチ)
- 100ml Milk
(牛乳)
- 10g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 1/8Tsp Salt
(塩)
