Ingredients:
• Potatoes 3
• Whole garlic bulbs 2
• Olive oil 30ml
• Black pepper 2g
• Chili powder 4g
• Salt 3g
• Corn starch 15g
• Cheddar cheese 10g
• Breadcrumbs 15g
Instructions:
• Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 380°F (or 195°C).
• Cut Potatoes: cut potatoes into wedges and soak them in boiling water for about 20 minutes.
• Season: In a bowl, mix olive oil and other seasonings. Coat potatoes with the mixture. You can add any of your favourite seasonings.
• Arrange Potatoes: Spread wedges on the sheet in a single layer.
• Bake: Bake for 40-45 mins, until golden and crispy.
• Make the dipping sauce: Combine mayonnaise, roasted garlic, black pepper, and parsley flakes, mixing evenly.
Tips:
• Soak the potato strips in boiling water for about 20 minutes.
• Add Cheddar cheese for extra flavour.
• Add breadcrumbs to make the potato wedges even more crispy.
