My boyfriend showed me this when we first started dating. He turned it on because I said I like sleeping to music and rain sounds. This was my comfort on nights I was alone. We listened to it together to sleep so many nights. I even started playing the game and love it. Almost 4 years later, we might break up soon after some rough things that I dont know if we can come back from. We don't talk much lately and I miss everything but hearing this helps me remember the good times. This song is one of the examples why P5 is a great music album worth the $70 with a free game attached to it But seriously though, I rarely ever feel motivated to play through any single player games anymore so having found P5 really surprised me, at times I just left the game running in the background to listen to the OST, hell P5R added some incredible new songs, but what's most heartwarming to me are the comments below that speak of past experiences and memories they accumulated. Persona 5 kept me going when i was at my lowest. I am thankful that i found it or it found me. This song reminds me so much of that game more than any other. It was years since i played it last it's still with me even now.

this song has helped me so much over the past two years with sleep and sadness, i went online in sophomore year for being bullied severely in public school, i just couldn’t take it anymore. i graduated high school this year and it felt a bit lonely since I didn’t have any school friends for so long and was just isolated in my room for years at that point so although it was normal to be alone it still felt like a lonely success with the other things I had been facing too. i became sleep deprived from school and toxic people in my life as well as just watching anime any second I got away from school. playing this song in the background during the day on my tv made me feel like there was something waiting for me in my own little world. i met my boyfriend and it made things even clearer. I recently started playing persona 5. I’ve never touched the series, never even heard of it, but it’d been sitting on my shelf for a year. Over the past three days I’ve played 28 hours. I’ve never been more into a game in my life. I’ve only just finished Madarame’s Palace, and I’m excited to continue! Edit three years later I finally finished for the first time (I’ve played to Sae’s palace around 3 separate times because I couldn’t decide who to romance... I settled on Ann, I’m going for Makoto in new game +), I finished the game with a grand total of 657 hours. Most of that being idle, in the metaverse, researching the best personas, and reaching max on all skills and confidants. I wanted this to be the game with no regrets and it truly is. Thank you everyone for your interest in my enjoyment. Truly this has become my favorite game.

I have a weird attachment to Beneath the Mask. I have never played Persona 5, nor any other Persona game. Never seen them played or anything, barely even know what they are about. But, a friend of mine from college had a PlayStation 4 home screen themed to Persona 5 that played the instrumental on loop.
