Most of doctors in MS that our family has seen allow the front desk clerks to have access to patients records seeing everything about patients, speak to patients, tell them how to take their meds, oh, and the new thing "physician assistants" are seeing patients in the place of the doctor. Front desk clerks have not been trained in privacy and HIPAA. They repeat private information out loud in front of other patients .... and clerks should have no access to patient records! Period! In MS, at a supposedly Christian hospital surgery clinic in Jackson, the doctor would not see the patient for followup surgery complications. Instead, the patient had to see the "physician assistant" and the nurse. They both misdiagnosed staph after surgery as an allergic reaction and we asked to see the doctor and the doctor backed up the physician assistant. Mind ya, green pus was dripping from every stitched area with a terrible smell and the abdomen was swollen like she was 9 months pregnant. It was horrible looking..horrible! Physician Assistants or Nurses are not M.D.s. Physician Assistants is this booming new field in education to assist doctors with their patients that they run thru like cattle. Just because they have the word "physician" before their title does not mean they are a nurse or doctor. They are NOT! And, doctors have allowed these physician assistants to begin to be the "play doctor" to basically take over their clinics. Why? In my opinion, to help with over triple booking of patients for $$$, because they are cheaper than nurses, (ha and in this case much younger and top heavy than the older nurse), and third, most likely this field will eliminate nurses from the Dr offices to lessen the overhead costs. From our own experiences, the physician assistant and actually the nurse gave wrong information on how to take meds and actually prescribed meds that the patient was allergic to AND handed out samples that interacted with other drugs and she ended up in hospital with severe reaction. Word of advice? Always Always ask your pharmacist... Not the physician assistant! Doctors' clinics should not hand out samples until a pharmacist has checked the interactions and allergy components as patients can be deadly allergic to active or inactive ingredients. Just because a generic drug has the same active ingredients does not mean the inactive ingredients are the same. Always ask the pharmacists. MDs are not trained in medicine as pharmacists are...and certainly not these over-taking Physician Assistants! Bad experiences at this hospital with this restructuring clinic offices for patients to be seen by non-MD personnel! Guess this is the new way of doing business and "care" .....haha whatever. More like "no care"! What happened to the oath? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I had open sores on my tonsils when I had covid ( tonsillitis ) I called my doc crying and begging for magic mouth wash because I had this in the past and they refused they said I don’t treat covid. I actually got it in an email saved on my portal. I could not even drink ice water without being in severe pain. I had every symptoms of strep that turned into tonsillitis. I truly doubt I ever even have covid 🤷🏻‍♀️

This is a wonderful Doctor, he is not being controlled by money, or the head of Doctors and physicians , being threatened by taking away his licence,, come on rest of doctors come out and tell the truth, stand behind the Doctors that have come out and told the truth.

When Trump had covid, he famously tweeted that he "feels better than before the covid" after receiving the treatments and they said he was trying kill people by saying such madness. You know why? Some true maybe, but it definitely spreads asymptomatically, Texas is definitely NOT at 80% herd immunity with only 1 in 10 detected infections per person, the young people in Texas are definitely at risk (obesity is a big risk factor), and the immunity that people get (natural or vaccine) is definitely not guaranteed because we can easily find people who have contracted the disease multiple times. So from my perspective, if he's wrong on these four major points that comprise the basic function of the virus I really don't have too much trust for anything he says about treatment options.

He lied about where he works. How can you trust someone who lies about that. Besides, he’s a heart doctor and he says “I’m in journals” but not the names of the journals, I could look at his articles myself.
