well the inspriation of that last one was indeed a toy for children, it's a chinese gravity knife variation called the carrot knife, mostly marketed to primary/middle school students as a cheap, plastic fidget toy simlar to the fidget spinner

The last one it's like a giant gravity knife. You don't slide it, you literally turn it upside down, open it a bit and it slides out then you snap it shut and repeat the process on opposite to put it back.

Heat diffusing slats or fins incorporated in the construction of phone covers would make more sense than fancy shmancy nothings that are already featured in most covers anyway. One downside of phone cases I found was the heat that they trapped.
