Lot of effort for frozen pizza. Much more tasty satisfying to make your own pizza and cook it in a normal kitchen oven.

I'm no engineer, but you're losing all the heat right out of the back because of the "chimney" placement. Have it at the front and the heat draws across the cooking area. And something isn't right with the build if you're not even getting to 200c. I also can't believe you did all that for a cheap frozen pizza.

Yeah, agree, I've hada little experiment last year and as you said I made my 'chimney' and small opening between the bricks at front. Mind you, mine was on cement block stilts, support base a paving slab then lined with bricks as oven base. Still need to change the front a little, making a drop layer entrance at front to retain heat better. Think proper ovens are a 55-60% opening height compared to inside max ceiling height, which also reduces sooth at front.

Spend the $3.50 on dough, $4 in cheese, buy ragu sauce It’s as close to the authentic frozen pizza as you can get. Would make a better example of what it could look like. this is a mess and completely wrong... no real vent to create convection, the shape is totally off will not cook evenly but I guess if your just reheating a frozen pizza will work fine

if you want to do it for free just pick up a discarded home oven on the street then remove the shelves, and throw in the wood then close the door you got a glass window too most of the time!!!
