dude. the one of the worker made me so happy you can see the FEAR in her eyes when he asks to speak to her manager and it's a little hilarious and its just so endlessly sweet that he just goes off about how she needs a raise i wish there were more people like this because i can totally see someone doing this and then ACTUALLY tattling to their manager. retail workers need a break and this man is giving it to them.

That bridge does sound like it’s breathing!! After listening to countless patients’ breath sounds’ over my long hospital RN career, seeing that bridge steel move ‘in and out’ like real breathing movements - - plus the ‘metal’ ‘breath’ noise ‼️VERY freaky!!!

I had a couple Goldies when I was a kid, and while they never did a trust fall for a stranger on account of never being up on furniture, I'm absolutely certain they would have if given a chance.

Our indoor cat spots the mail carrier (anyone in hi-viz really) across the street and then starts stalking back and forth between our 2 living room windows waiting for the carrier to show up and then lunges when they hit the mailbox. Very cute. BUT We had one great carrier who noticed and would take 2 seconds of his day to stop and tap the window / play / tease our cat. That was even better! Thanks!

Yup, same. I work as a home insurance appraiser, and seeing the homeowners pets scamper to the front door to sniff me out always puts a smile on my face.

I used to walk to work (and back) every day, and I always looked forward to greetings from all the cats (and occasional dogs) along the way that I got to know. I made up names for many of them. Very few outdoor cats in the city I'm in now unfortunately.

I've gotta say this, the old guy in the grocery store with the white mustache, Goatee, and VanDyke, is almost identical to mine! this is a first. Yeah, although I (quite skinny and currently weak) would have nót encouraged the baby elephant to lay on top of me. Those are an average of 90 to 120 at birth, let alone áfter that. I am currently 65 kilos, so that thing is twice my weight. That thing would crush the air out of my lungs.

@@_MrEight1 Haha, me neither. I think this one wasn't just-born, so it must've been heavier. I'm guessing right below 200 kilo's or something? I don't know, as I mentioned, I am currently very weak (thyroidproblem) and I can't even lift up my mattress properly during householdwork, so one elephant would be enough to flatten me xD Then again, I'm guessing if she had screamed in panic, the elephant would've understood that, there was no actual danger when you look at it that way.

Glad you liked it, that was my video submission. I'm usually not very friendly with bugs in my living space, but that spider was so cute, I had to release him in my backyard. He didn't want to leave the glass I brought him out in. Tried luring him out with a small ant to prey on, but they ended up fraternizing. Nature is weird.

Glad you liked the spider video. That was my submission. They actually cropped out the bottom part of the video where it catches itself with a web after jumping. (No baby spiders were harmed.)

LOL. Truth. Also, A little bit of history - if I remember correctly, a video of DDOI was taken down once by UKposts, because there was no disclaimer on the screen to ‘not attempt.’ DDOI explained there was no disclaimer because he thought it was explicitly understood but since this was a sticking point for UKposts, he has the disclaimer now at various points.

That's 163 kg for the rest of the world, also, inaccurate. A baby elephant 90 to 113 kg, that's 200 to 250 pounds which is basically the sams weight as an overweight man or an obese woman.

1:15 - The device is called a Thermal Imaging Camera (TIC, for short). What's interesting about that particular situation is the "baby" is shown as a darker color on the TIC, meaning it's colder than the surrounding environment. It's either not a real person, or (get your tissues ready) not alive. Not convinced? Look at that firefighters legs as he walks by. Even through his bunker gear, you can see the temperature difference.

One minute in and already everything in this video has absolutely BROKEN me; the MAGNIFICENT mustache on that cowboy, the pilot pulling a “imma bout to whip did go”, and the second he said “this cat drinking via Bluetooth” in the most casual, matter-of-fact voice is when I practically hurt my throat at viciously I snorted in laughter. The sad thing is that they got in trouble with the aviation agency because of that stunt. While it's customary to perform a low pass when adding a new aircraft to the fleet or retiring a captain, the weather conditions were not ideal and they did it at a very low altitude, which could've caused the wings to touch the ground while turning and a subsequent disaster. So even professionals do dumb stuff.
