Can you believe the police got us again, crazy and who knew 'the Vinster' had it in him.. So much happened this week with the weigh in on the van, Sarah leaving for 5 days and poor Charlie Bear getting sick :( But now we're all back together and its coming to the end of the van build, we'll be back to van life adventures in no time! Starting from next week in fact, see you then.. P.S Charlie seems a little better since we stopped filming this afternoon, we'll keep you updated..

That speeding ticket is definitely a badge of honour! Who’d have thought Vinnie still had it in him 🤣 Sending lots of love to dear Charlie (and Dizzee too of course) and hope he’s ok. Can’t bear the thought of either of the doggies being ill so hope he’s back to his normal self, perhaps it was just a case of missing Sarah too much. Watching them both running to Sarah on her return was an absolute delight! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Those cupboard doors are Epic! 😁Can't believe you way so little! Ours is 3500 empty and it's an ex-rental so no idea how they got away with it. Re the fridge lid - a Handy Hint from experience - Put a tray or a mat on top of it so when you want to get into it and it's covered in STUFF, all you have to do is slide the tray or mat to one side and open the lid. I hope Charlie is all better and a happy pup again.

Just an idea. Line the cabinet door with colored plastic and put little battery lights in each one, so at night you can light them up for some cool night lighting. I'm so happy your coming to an end on the build and you can get back to traveling!❤ Hope Charlie is doing better!

El Rozzarios seem to have it in for you both at the moment, although Vinnie's still having his moment in the sun - now that's what you call a speedy recovery. And with the hasty fuss the dogs made over Sarah's return, they might be next to get a ticket!

I hope you don't mind me adding a comment about Charlie,I have had two dogs and a cat both ginger colour that suffered from heartburn and I bought pepcid and crushed a tablet and put a tiny bit of it in their food and it really helped with their digestive problems and also plenty of sunshade for fair skin you can get a sun spray to protect their fur . Great job on the build ,am very impressed ❤

Hi - you could put some LED lights in the cupboards to shine through the holes, even put coloured paper / plastic over the holes from behind to look like planets - all the best x

I think the van looks beautiful! Instead of carpeting the inside of the cabinet doors, you might take webbing, so you keep the airflow. Maybe you could paint the webbing bleu. A nice project on the way. Can't wait to see you leave for your trip. Have 😊

I was thinking Fabric on the inside of doors , Could change the color some if ever wanted to . And led lights in cubbords so it would lite up the holes in the fabric color.

Hi Folks enjoyed to nights blog. we had great news to- night as our "Big Olga" Mercedes Benz 207d camper van now 44 years old passed her ITV in Benidorm It is such a worry and then elation when the van passes. We weighed our van 13 years ago at a weigh bridge at Larne Port, the laugh was my sons BIG girlfriend got out to get the print out and the weight went down by 100 kgs!! the girl that did the ITV in Benidorm wants to buy our van! I have been driving for 55 years and was breathalysed for the first time last month by the Guardia in Jalon negative I was driving the camper! ( you loose points on you driving licence in Spain as you start with 12 on a Spanish licence) your new camper is looking fantastic now. well done folks. Dave and Pat

Love the holes! A suggestion to cover would be either coloured tulle fabric behind or like a rattan wicker, somewhat things can still breathe but no sliding.

Here’s a suggestion for your step: you could “close” it to the front using slats or curved wood and the actual quarter circle step could be hinged at one side to open and close like a lid. It’s a bit more work but that way you would have quite a bit more storage for shoes or books or whatever! Another “double purpose”!Hope you know what I mean?? By the way well done guys!! 🎉❤

The step by the bed could have a hole cut in the step and another board hinged to fit over the top with carpet on and then used as a small storage space.

So lovely to see your doggy reunion, which makes me want to recommend a book to you both - 'dogs that know when their owners are coming home' by Rupert Sheldrake. I haven't read it but I'm reading 'the sense of being stared at' - and other aspects of the extended mind, right now and it is very interesting indeed. I'm sure you'd love the dog focused ones and I mention it because it seemed to me that they both knew you were just down the road, and of course they would, because Nick did and they are very telepathic, animals that we're close to that is. Build looks great! (Speed traps suck!) I wouldn’t have added holes to the overheads if you are keeping food in those cupboards. Securely closing doors keep mice out of your food. Best to you both!

I totally feel ya on the speeding ticket!! Here in the states, my partner got a ticket doing 52 in a 30 😳🤦♀️ and of course, couldn't find the registration in his glove box of horrors (lol) so, we're going to contest that part but, the total fine is $454.00 USD!! 30 days or set up a payment plan. That was just last Sat. Off to finish the vlog...

After watching tonight’s vid l feel a little bit sad , just because in the next few days l will be heading North from Tarifa and Andalusia and not bumping into you both while on my travels .Every little white village l came across , l must admit l was looking out for Little Old Vinster . Like Vinster my Doblo is limping back to the UK , steering wobbling even after taking Doblo to a garage , and now the blooming diesel tanks leaking after hitting numerous rocks and sleeping Policemen . Thanks to Old Leroy l was able to plug the hole for now with some epoxy putty . Ain’t Life Beautiful ! 😎🤙
