Werner Binder is a German cultural sociologist and an assistant professor for sociology at Masaryk University, Brno (Czech Republic). He works on sociological theory, methods of interpretation, artificial intelligence, public discourses, populism and political polarization. Currently, he is book review editor for the European Journal of Cultural and Political Sociology and a working group leader for the EU Cost Action “DepolarisingEU”.
