Settling out of court no doubt means they're no longer allowed to use her likeness. It's the REAL reason for Poppy's change overall.

I just had an epiphany. A lot of people are freaked out by her but she is literally sacrificing her humanity to be a living, breathing satire to modern society and giving a message that we need to hear but don't want to hear.
