Her body can't properly make white cells to protect her against microorganisms so she is susceptible to a wide range of infections. Symptoms vary because you can get sick from almost anything. Usually the most common infections are in the respiratory track and digestive system, eyes and ears which are the vulnerable parts of our body to foreign invaders. Because they get so many respiratory infections and their lungs are under constant strain, people with a sickness like this tend to develop scarring in the tissue of their lungs and enlargement on lymph. This can make it very difficult for them to absorb enough oxygen from breathing alone so they need the aid of a respirator or oxygen tank to several times a day. People can also develop things like arthritis which can be bad enough to make them unable to move on their own. As for what she is taking as a medication, i don't think she has mentioned it specifically. She has said she is in immunoglobulin therapy. So she likely takes an immune suppressant along very strong steroids which can cause a number of psychological effect like mood swings, problems with memory and confusion.

Uh, they're just using "medication" as a term for recreational drug use lol, they've done this on vshojo collabs before where they kept referring to mouse being weird because of the "medication" she took. She might have some opioid pain meds because of her condition and just takes a double or triple dose occasionally for recreational purposes.
