@@bchillbong-uf2io You can't even manage to get "Special Counsel" right. But he didn't declare him mentally unfit and isn't qualified to do that. He said he has some memory issues about the documents that had been filed away some 11 years ago or more. Biden wasn't charged because the documents were returned as soon as they were found so there was no "wilful retention". He also asked the FBI to search all his properties to see if there were any more. Trump refused to comply with subpoenas and had hundreds of boxes moved around in an attempt to hide them, even from his own lawyers.
