You did a good job there pal. I washed for 20 years and your method is basically my SOP. One thing I will mention...if the homeowner is available have them open the garage door before you do your final spray. More times than not the surface cleaner will force dirty water under the garage door and leave a residue that is only visible to the homeowner once they open the garage door and you are gone. It's a good way to separate you from the other "professionals".

I have one question, do you rinse after post treat?
@MikeHoncho69420
@MikeHoncho69420 4 роки тому
Is it necessary to pre/post treat every driveway or just the really dirty ones? Also, do you leave the post treat and go or do you rinse it before you leave?
@NBZ_Bobby
@NBZ_Bobby 4 роки тому
It’s not necessary in all situations. Your mileage may vary. We do it almost every time but you will find what works best for you.

I, personally, pre and post treat EVERY concrete job I do. As Bobby has mentioned in the video, The solution will help kill off any organic spores that could remain and grow back faster vs having to grow from absolute zero. I feel like I provide more value for the customer also, by doing this. I'll still rinse off my post wash though. If i want the driveway a little lighter, I use a different, low concentration solution with a tad of brightened and let that dry. If i'm sealing the concrete though, i wont post treat because I use entirely different chemicals and techniques to prep the concrete for. Just my 2 cent. Hope it helps.

Nice work! Must be nice not having to reclaim your water. Here in Pa we are MS4, can’t even let just dirty water even without any chemicals in it to make it to the street and storm drain. Big fines for company and homeowner.

This one was super simple. “ hey Mrs. Customer, you can see from the before photo that this concrete was already damaged. The piece blew out when we were cleaning it but I did put it back for you.” EZPZ

Yep. We are. Cause it happens and it's not his fault. So... Yes we will. You sound like a nightmare customer who doesn't understand ANYTHING. Lemme guess, you wouldn't pay him because of a 2 inch piece of cement that's 10yrs old right? Lolll clown.
