For the love of God, the woman had bare ARMS, not bare BREASTS!!! I'm American and Catholic and in the very traditional Catholic Church, we can wear sleeveless clothing. Times have changed and evolved. There was a time in history when you wouldn't dare walk into a Church without covering your head and wearing long sleeves. Meghan was lovely, elegant and appropriately serious for this somber occasion. No other royal fiancé has made so many appearances nor participated in official royal family official events prior to her wedding. YOUR ROYAL FAMILY has embraced Meghan in a huge way and clearly your Queen has made a conscious decision to allow Meghan and Harry to be themselves! Harry will never be King, so he and his "wife" won't have the same strict rule book as William and Kate.
