The cover art is incredible. It made me stop and think deeply. Its something about being isolated from others. Something about being awake when everybody else is sleeping. Something about being such a small entity in such a vast world. This life is harsh as it is beautiful. Sometimes I want to just sit back in awe at the world, and live my life. Just like that man.

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. 📖 I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. Remember to take care of yourself and try to get some sleep tonight 😴🧸

I wrote my first book to this mix. Lots of quiet night's at a laptop bringing characters to life and having losing myself in the process. Jay would come here every other day . The city was such a beast during the day, it felt so out of control and overwhelming. At least here, at night, it felt the beast was tame and manageable. Jay wondered where he'd left life slip by; if he could have done things differently. Did he do the right thing to stick around here and have a "succesfull" job? Or should he have escaped back to the country side where he grew up? He'd like to think tomorrow would be different; he just wasn't sure if that would be here or elsewhere.

Sometimes I would drive down to a lookout near where I lived. When I got out of my car, time, and reality would feel...different. Sitting down on top of my car, I could see over the entirety of my city, all of the bright buildings standing seperate from the rest of the sleeping city. There is something odd about being awake at night, alone, and just taking in a beauty that we really can't during the day.

This a habit for me, as soon as I start the video, my mind just starts performing the actions to study! It is so amazing, BLUME you're getting me through my university! Every now and then when I need to take a break, I'll come back and look at the picture and just ponder about the inevitable cyber future we're heading towards as a civilization. And I'll take a cigarette out and smoke while looking out my window towards the concrete jungle. Best of lucks ladies and gents in everything you do.

Life as we know is not what we think it is. It is a fragile concept. There are thoughts that come and go. We think that our thoughts contain some hidden message. Our brain generates random thoughts to test us how we will behave. Once brain gets a feeling of power, it overrides other biological systems built-in in our bodies. We need to go back and learn how to fully relax our bodies. This music in fact allowed me to feel breath of life. Every vibration that runs in this playlist generates positive energy thus it gave me back something that I needed the most; life is beautiful but it doesn't run by thought, it goes by energy, and it is most powerful when there's a partner who vibrates on the same resonance. It was a time before concern about what I might make of myself and what I might bring to the world. It was a time of contentment, of satisfaction. It is this contentment that I seek again to find. I LOVE this playlist, and constantly hit repeat throughout my workday. I particularly like the song that starts @18:26. Those instruments activate something within me. I dunno what...but somethin indescribable. I have a lot of fav moments on this list though. It's a good one for sure.

Cover art reminds me of the time I got stuck in Hong Kong for 11 days during a China visa run. Hectic place but when you step back and look at the city from afar it's quite comforting in a very strange way.

Music like this always makes me nervous, but not in a jittery paranoid way. What I mean is, this kind of music makes me think about the future, the past, and this insane present squished between the two. Listening to this relaxes me, but it also makes me realize that I don't have any control over this crazy train that is life. I don't know where it's going, where _I'm_ going, I don't know whether I'll only live to my 40s or if I'll be alive long after the point I've wanted to stop existing. And I think most people are in a similar position. I guess my TL;DR is, I think the beauty in this music comes from reminding me that life is a fucked up adventure that we're all equally mystified by, sometimes happy and sometimes dark as hell, but even so all we can do is take a long, deep breath, and see what comes next.

So far, this is in my top 5 Lodi compilations on UKposts. Having just got through Cyberpunk 2077 for the second time, I can say this soundtrack and cover art reflect a lot of the mood of that game. Kind of a tangent, I know, but I just can’t get enough of these tracks. Great work.

I quit smoking, but I used to love to stare at beautiful things while I smoked cigarette. One of my favorite was looking up at the night sky while I smoked. Thanks for posting the video with the kool background.

FYI - As much as I used to enjoy smoking, it truly is bad for you so don’t do it. I started waking up every morning with a bad cough. I also started getting out of breath easily whenever I would do some sort of physical activity. It’s a horrible habit and takes a lot of mental discipline to quit. It’s better to never start. If you ask all smokers if they regret ever starting, then their answers will most likely be yes.
