Actually, I don't criticize her for the "circle back" statements. She came into the job and was told nothing about what biden was doing or planning to do. For that one, the fault was on biden! That's the only thing though that I can defend her on. I too coughed when she said they were "the most ethical admin in history." I don't think so!
