That puppy may have just escaped from its forever home or that may have been his yard. I didn't see them go to the door just to be sure it hadn't snuck out then got stuck going back in. 😮 someone is going to be very sad they can't find their dog 😭

@sharonikonomou1082 Very small puppies need to be checked on often. If they are going to live outside in a pen, then it needs to have spaces in fence filled in so they don't get stuck.

I’ll never forget that. Ever.

My son was 3 years old and I woke up one morning and found him on the stairs crying and the front door open. He looked in my room and didn’t see me asleep on the bed which was where I was. He thought I had left so he was going to look for me. But when I came out of my room and found him sobbing I explained that I would never leave him. We put additional locks on up high on the doors that he couldn’t reach and we tried to figure out why he didn’t see me. We got his eyes examined and he was totally blind in one eye and very visually handicapped in the remaining eye, the doctor wanted us to hold him down and put hard contacts in a 3 year old boy who never would have liked that at all. So I insisted on glasses and we did times when we put patches on his good eye to try and get him to use the blind eye, we called it patch ball and his dad played with him with a plastic bat and ball.it didn’t really work and fix it. He has only one eye that works a little bit. He would throw a ball in a room and couldn’t find it or loose me in a grocery story. So if anybody sees their children act like they can’t see please get them checked.

Mine escaped once, before I realized she could open the front door by herself. Lil shit scared me half to death! After that, we got one of those weird knob covers that you have to squeeze both sides of to grasp the knob. No more escapes after that. Lol

We are caring for our 2nd rescue Jack Russell. We had our 1st boy for 14.5 years. We were told he wouldnt live past 3 and he lived until he was nearly 16, God love him. Our little boy now is nearly three and is so loving, just like his "brother in heaven" was ❤ I think I see either Jack Russell or Chihuahua (or both) in this lovely little pupper. I hope the 2nd police officer got to keep him and that they are best buds 4 life! 😊

@@dancingmolly3878 used to have a doberman named Sally and she wasn't supposed to live past 6 months. We fed her fresh vegetables, organic chicken, beans, broccoli, etc and she needed medication most of her life. She lived to 14 before her hip went out and her kidneys failed her suddenly. We also had a min pin that lived to 19 and she died when I was 18. Lovely girl named Maggie.
