One of those songs you where you don't exactly know the lyrics BUT it still gets stuck in your head

The series “search party” is what made me look for this song. It’s great I love it

Story time: Back in 2012 I went camping with my grandparents in Penticton, BC, Canada. We invited the couple that were staying next to us in the campsite over for happy hour, drink a bottle of wine and have some snacks. I was talking with the lady and we got on the conversation of how I just graduated audio school in Vancouver. She says her daughter makes music and is in a group called Purity Ring, out of Edmonton. I didn't think much of it but a couple years later I remembered the conversation and looked them up. Sure enough, there they were. Now it's 2021 and I've been listening to their music for a while. Cool stuff ✌️🍁

Search Party has programmed me to expect a plot twist or development when hearing this.

Another season of Search Party ends and i'm here again Obedear stuck in my head. As much as i love the series, tbh the song had a lot to do with me getting hooked on SP back in season 1. The song wasn't originally written for the series but this might be one of the all-time best theme songs.

I came upon Purity Ring by chance, first song I heard was belispeak. My grandmother raised me, I have a very patchy past. Their song Asido saved me from hitting rock bottom. This girl truly heals my traumatized inner child somehow. ❤

After listening to Shrines(over and over and over again), I feel like I've been inside someone's strange dream. It's haunting and beautiful and just perfect.

Everyone has their songs that immediately remind them of summer nights from their youth. To me this is one of these. I'm 27 as I type this in 2020. In 2012 we'd blast this song in my friends car while just driving through the middle of nowhere in the middle of a saturday night just to hang out in some place far away from anyone else. Completely empty streets at 3AM driving around to this song. Out of the 4 people sitting in the car back then I only have contact to 1 of them anymore nowardays. And even with that 1 person it is becoming rare that we see each other. Hard to believe this was 8 years ago.. Even more hard to believe I was only 19 then. It still kind of feels like it was only 2-3 years ago. Growing up hurts. It drains all life out of you so quickly. If anyone who is still "young" ( as in like 16-20) reads this: Live your life to the fullest. Time flies and you will be old really quickly and then you will live for nothing but for your job. That's the truth about "adult life". Make sure to take care of all your friendships. Losing contact to friends happens so quickly once you enter the horrible full time job life.

There are only a couple songs that absolutely blow your mind completely sober, and this is one of those few. The song itself IS the drug, and is addictive as such.

I feel the wierdest sensations when listening to this. Always feels like the first time i heard it, as the bass lowers i feel tingles from my head down to my back into my toes. Once it hits again its like an explosion within my body of emotions. I love this one. Its like my speakers are pulsing electric energy through my body within the melody

A guy I was seeing was playing it a lot. We broke up. Anyway....one day I was looking for something to watch. I would watch the first few minutes of a show, and then go to the next. I flipped through about five or six shows, and just hit play. I got a phone call, and wasn't paying attention when finally I heard this song. When I hung up the phone, I started watching the show. Because of this song, I ended up watching all six seasons of Search Party!!! What a great show!
