Being a hairstylist of about like a decade, I can share with you you, that you are not meant to use strong shampoo on your hair. I have noticed hair lines of many people, and I spotted that people who were using harsh shampoo cleansers generally had thin hairline. So I advise only to use gentle shampoo only. I myself use and suggest to apply littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only. Also, do warm oil massage two times a week as it improves circulation and stimulates healthy hair growth.

This WORKS!! Here is my story: I had overly-bleached hair with overtone on it (basically fried it gray). Back to back, I used lemon juice + dawn dish soap to clean it. Did a round of lemon juice sprayed in & blow dried on high heat (to active lemon juice to lighten hair). Did a baking soda as a wash. A round of vinegar as a rinse. Rinse 5 minutes. Then conditioned. My hair and hands were Extremely Soft afterward (and this removed the toner)!! If this softened my overly dry, bleached / toned hair, it will be work for (most) normal hair. I know.... I tried it, and IT WORKED. If you have hair that breaks easily, do a strand test first.
