My father passed away four days ago, we both were watching every defqon, it was my dream to take him at this festival, we were listening hardstyle every day, this music made us happy always, now i listening to this alone, crying, but still feel better, this music is amazing, without this i would be dead inside, thanks to all great hardstyle creators, you helping me a lot.

As professional pyrotechnician I can't tell you with words how much effort und love my colleagues put in this show. The quality of the effects is insane and pricey. This is high end stuff for the best private army in the world. ❤❤❤

Same here! first time there after watching it on a TV for years it was amazing to be there in the crowds during power-hour and the end show! So different so immersive! if you like this on TV i can recommend everyone to go there one day!

We traveled 2200km by van from Italy for a total of 28 hours to participate at Defqon.1. We slept probably 2 hours a night and during the day the heat was unbearable but I would leave again tomorrow because it was really insane. thank you mom Qdance, thanks to the French next door who didn't let us sleep with their music blaring, thanks to whoever made this happen🧡

It hit so damn hard at the front, I don't think I've ever seen that much energy in a crowd, and that was within the first full loop of the melody. If there's a Sefa track that'll go much further than our community, it's this one. Like damn, that was a new rave anthem being unleashed onto the world.

This end show was simply unbelievable. A true masterpiece. The selection of the songs, this stage and the pyros/lasers/lights harmonized perfectly. It was a dream for me to have been a part of it. And the guy who flies the drone at 15:21 deserves an Oscar.

We've traveled 2400 km totally from Gdansk, Poland by a van/bus. We've started our trip @ 4PM on Wednesday, then we've slept a few hours in tents in a small forest next to the German border. Woke up @ 4:30AM and traveled to NL. It was TOTALLY worth this time spent in a travel. And this endshow is in In my TOP3 life experiences. I was standing spellbound with my jaw open wide . Haven't even thought to take out my phone. See you next year! PS > Greeting to guys from Germany with whom we were carrying a massive JBL in a traffic jam on Thursday afternoon. It was hell of a fun to start a party with other cars stuck in a jam! :D

After going through a bad time in my life, I have finally been able to take back the reins of it, and watching these 20 minutes from home and having goosebumps all the time, the only thing that has achieved is to motivate me even more to keep going and swear to myself that next year I will be there with you brothers and sisters, peace and love to all and thank you defqon 1 for existing! Never stop the party! 🤟

Er wordt een hoop gekinkert op deze endshow, ik vond m gewoon mega. Om er tussen te staan en de muziek in sync te horen met de licht/laser/vuurwerkshow die eraan vast zaten was onvergetelijk

Defqon.1 is an indescribable experience. The endshow is totally crazy, I had chills. On the other hand the fireworks behind the crowd were there for the cameras and that’s a shame because our eyes should be your best cameras 🧡🧡🧡 see you next year

I'm dedicating this year's endshow song, The Soul to Leah Snowden, a hardstyle warrior who passed away a short while after Defqon.1 and left a piece of her soul at the holy grounds. I feel it's a touching tribute for her love of hardstyle, and she wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else in the world other than Defqon.1 Rest in Peace Leah and may your journey into the unknown be worthy of a warrior like you.....
