QUARK CAKE! EVERYONE WANTS THIS RECIPE! Quark Cake!
Hello everyone!
I present to you a delicate quark cake with a vanilla-buttery aroma. It takes just minutes to prepare, yet the resulting quark cake is very delicious, soft, and tender. So, for the cake, we will need the following ingredients:
2 eggs
80 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
A pinch of salt
80 grams of butter
130 grams of quark
150 grams of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
70 grams of raisins
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Whisk well to dissolve the sugar completely.
Add melted butter to the egg mixture.
Then add quark to the egg mixture and mix well.
Next, add sifted flour and baking powder, mix everything thoroughly.
Finally, add raisins. Do not mix the raisins for too long.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it.
Bake at a temperature of 180°C for about 35-40 minutes.
