The air quality is worsening especially in cities as there are tons of vehicles plying on the roads, and being lucky to be living in a city with low pollution, there still is some.
This pollution is toxic to us, so in order to fight back and to make sure we have clean air to breathe at least at home, I have here the Qubo Q500 Smart air purifier. Does it really work, or are these just false claims? Let’s check it out in this video.

Nice video 👍🏻👍🏻 Air purifiers are important nowadays, especially for people living in big cities like Delhi, Mumbai etc. I haven't used any air purifier in my life so I don't have much idea about them but this seems a good option, the best part I feel is that it is smart, anyone can control it easily via voice or phone!

Both don't have an ionizer, performance should be similar.

How to replace the filter? Do they sell filter separately?

It's quite easy. I show it at 00:50, just open the bottom cover and it can be removed. Replacement filters should be available via Qubo.

What is the AI Mode?

In AI mode it keeps monitoring the environment and turns on or off as necessary. But as its a beta feature the air purifier never seemed to turn off. I generally use the timer instead for an hour or two.

@@TalkingstuffNet The AI mode sounds very similar to auto mode (except the fact it was supposed to be turned off on which doesn't happen). Btw what is the lowest AQI you get in this purifier? In Kolkata the AQI is 70 so does it make sense to get a purifier?

Bunch of thugs. Do not buy have a very bad experience with this product (Qubo Q200 air purifier). The purifier does not work even after operating in a small place for entire 24 hours. The AQI does not drop below 150. On top of it, the customer service is extremely bad. After a month of following up, they eventually got the pick up done but they haven't replaced it. Now I am following to give me a defective product, let alone replaced one. Thieves, looters

Had a similar experience with Xiaomi Mi purifier. Infact the Xiaomi air purifier in my case, increases the AQI 😄 (according to their readings). The customer service team says that it’s normal and that the machine is working fine. I guess all these sub 10k machines don’t really have proper readings installed. My guess is that the air is still getting filtered properly because the air is indeed going through the filter and then coming out. It’s just that their readings are not accurate and doesn’t work. If you buy a AQI monitor separately, it cost at least 5k, and these companies are giving the monitor along with the whole filter machine for 6 to 7k. So I can imagine what quality of monitor they must be using.
