Her Majesty, who is a keen horse racing fan, joined her children and other close relatives at the biggest week in the jump racing calendar. The day was billed as Style Wednesday by festival organisers, with racegoers encouraged to wear sustainable fashion. Report by Matthew Covell.

Queen Camilla, as did Queen Elizabeth, love(d) the sport of horse racing, and some of their biggest smiles were evident at race events. So nice to see Queen Camilla smiling at a time of intense scrutiny of the Royal Family's health issues.

I read an article recently saying due to the "Bob Baffert" situation that the Preakness would be more important Than the Derby, thereby making the Triple Crown and Belmont not as important. I think they are all thrilling races, and love them equally! But I'm a thoroughbred horse lover and so my main thought Is SAFE TRIP for all, no matter what race! 💖🐎 Yikes, sorry to ramble on! Lol😄

@@susanwest2522 Bob is a good trainer, but I don't like the fact that the horses are injected with lidocaine. It's a pain killer, and if a horse is in pain, then the horse shouldn't be racing at that time. Plus giving injections of lasix. IMO

In short because law recognizes her as such as wife of The King. There are a few type of Queens including Regnant (Monarch), Consort (wife of a reigning King), and Dowager (late King's widow). All are simply titled Queen. Very few Queens are Monarchs .
