-Plie, lift heels, lengthen legs, lower heels
-Calf raises
-Pulses in plie (added challenge to keep heels up)
-Side leg lift with arm (add pulses for extra spice)
-Side leg lift, pull knee in
-Kick front, kick side (keep leg up!)
-Second plie
-Lunge, second plie, lunge
-Back leg lift (add pulse)
-Attitude (curved) leg lift (add pulse)
-Single leg calf raise
-Grand plie
-Elevated, modified plank
-Elevated, modified mountain climbers
-Elevated, modified push ups
Finish with some sweet stretches
