There's no way a hungry hawk - especially one smart enough to use a vending machine - would choose a scrawny lizard over that fat, tender rodent that tried to grab his hat. Also, I'm always amazed that Rango is voiced by Johnny Depp. You can hear it every so often, but most of the time it doesn't sound like him at all.

I think the reason that this guy thought it was a bonus scene is because he was probably in the bathroom when this scene was talking place so he missed this scene in the movie and didn't see it until the movie came out on DVD so he thinks it's a bonus scene

+Chu Chulainn I assume it's just a matter of intimidation, both in size, and the ways it kills, with sharp talons and that metal tipped beak. If even Rattlesnake Jake, who has a freaking minigun tail, would rather stay out of town than try to fill the hawk with lead, why would anyone else with just a pistol or a shotgun?

I love the little bit about the metal tip of the Hawk being decorated with engravings. Shows that the hawk is smart just like the rest of the animals, but ya know... a hawk.

I couldn't stop laughing😂😂😂😂 I really like the way rango win the duel. Emphersize exactly when he starts : listen up things gonna difference around here... He didn't see the eagle. Sometimes we have a large mouth ,all around us see whats happened but we totaly ignore the event and think we control it. When you see the oppenent run away don't scraim out your victory instead it's mean be careful.

I like this hawk has an ironbeak. This implies this thing is intelligent enough to work metal... And is just as sapient as the rest of the towns folk. I like to imagine the hawk can speak, but chooses not too.
