In November 1993, Shakur and others were charged with sexually assaulting a woman in a hotel room. Shakur denied the charges. According to Shakur, he had prior relations days earlier with the woman that were consensual (the woman admitted she performed oral sex on Shakur). The complainant claimed sexual assault after her second visit to Shakur's hotel room; she alleged that Shakur and his entourage raped her. As a result of the trial, Shakur was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse, and acquitted of the weapons and sodomy charges. The judge described the crimes during the sentencing of Shakur to 1½-4½ years in prison, as "an act of brutal violence against a helpless woman." While appearing on the Arsenio Hall Show, Shakur stated he was innocent of all charges and he was hurt that "a woman would accuse me of taking something from her" when he was raised by and was surrounded by females.

Until one of these ppl you view as a Thug jumps out of his car & helps a black man who was a total stranger from being attacked by sum white niggaz u can’t in any way confuse the Thug life 2pac lived to YOUR definition of a thug life which suggests hardcore criminal activity! 2Pac was for his ppl and he showed that thru action and in spoken word it’s truly sad we as a ppl didn’t support, PROTECT & help this young brother in all his endeavors to unify black ppl, instead he was left out there alone to fight with giants & tyrants and all we did was sit there & watch the show

@@harrisandrean👍 I know what u mean.... 44 here... I remember the day he got shot, a few months after high school ended. Nobody thought he was gonna die, he was bulletproof... or at least that's what we thought. Even when he did die, I was 100% convinced he was coming back... in 7 years... and I convinced everyone I knew too. My guess was Easter, 2003... When Easter came and passed, I said 9/13/03; exactly 7 years to the day... when that passed, I said Xmas... and when that passed, I knew he was gone. I wish he were still here. I would've liked to have seen what he did at 45 years old, and 65, etc. At the very least, he would've become one of the best actors of our time. He was so intelligent and passionate at such a young age, it's crazy to think he didn't live past 25. Everything we've ever heard him say, he was younger than 25. He gave me the soundtrack to my life from at least 16-25, and I still put him on today when I'm in one of those moods... Nobody is better to listen to when you're in that mood, imo anyway. ...And you know he would've had the best Twitter rants and quotes too! RIP Pac

I feel so sorry for what Pac went through at such a young age. It is so clearly driven by racism, the threat of black people rising against the unfair treatment because of their colour. Pac was feared because he is charismatic, eloquent and can defend his corner like a leader in the making and authority feared his ability to influence and appeal to the educated. When Pac talked people listened…that’s epic to those who doesn’t want change!!

The fucking goat 🐐 homie. I've been a fan since the beginning. Thug life tatted on my chest. Makaveli tatted on my neck... outlaw on my arm, Tupac cross ✝️ on my back . A picture of Tupac at the cemetery praying in front of a cross ✝️ with no shirt on and wearing a bandana. Also, the Egyptian lady on my chest .

And it's sad that things dont changed even in 1994 with the 2pac Shakur rape case . Society rather believes a woman that lies about being rape than the Truth! Even to this day men all over this country get accuse of wrongdoing everyday! Being accused at on time in my life I know how he feels. RIP 2pac Shakur (1971 >1996) 1 of the realest how ever touch the 🎤🎶
