I do not but I wrote a book that dealt with SolidWorks COM objects and generally talks about them. It's in context though. I could explain them in my explains videos

This is a really good video that helped me a lot in my coding skills. I have a problem with your solution though. I followed your videos exactly but the *.AsTask UWP conversion trick doesnt seem to work in my project. Its appearing as syntax error. I tried out your source code aswell causing the same problem. Any ideas on that? Thanks in advance

Hello, I am using Apple Magic 2 keyboard on windows. I want to know the battery level. The working protocol is not BLE. The working protocol is referred to as Classic (BR / EDR). does the method you show this work?

@AngelSix, I have a task where SmartPhone will be used as a microphone for PC. The Xamarin Form and the Windows PC both will do communication. There will be one record button on the mobile app and when the user will click it then it will start live streaming of audio recording from mobile to PC. It will not save any data on the mobile. I searched on google but I did not understand what approach should I use to achieve it. Like do I need to create driver on PC or no need etc. I did not do programming for Bluetooth or driver etc. This is my first time. I am requesting you, Could you please guide me on how can it be achieved? Any link, or idea, etc please. Thanks in advance.

Cool tip regarding excel. With initialization lists, you don't need to remove the last comma.

I use Excel and OpenOffice Calc all the time to generate code. You should have created a formula at the end of the first line to generate exactly what you wanted, did a Fill Down on that, and just copied that column. Then you have no cleanup to do after the fact.

This has been extremely helpful. The code works beautifully, and your VS tips/hints/tricks have been great. However, when I leave this app running for two hours, all the BLE devices end up timing out, and when I re-run it, I dont discover anymore. I presume we are having a resource issue. Have you seen anything like that with this code?

As a follow-up, rebooting and rerunning, showed all the devices again. So I think there might be some resource consumption going on here. I noticed that memory consumption climbed up to 50MB fairly quickly. - update: And Ive seen that other people have this problem, outside of your examples...

One more thing - I see system exceptions in watcherAdvertisementreceivedAsync - System.Exception: 'Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))' - update: I get this issue when I try to get the charactteristics: result=service.GetCharacteristicsAsync(). Again, I see that other people have this issue, outside of your examples.
